If I do not accept your insurance provider, a super bill will be provided.

I understand things come up, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. However, I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
