For more than two decades, I’ve been helping individuals and couples enjoy their life and achieve wellness. My passion for fitness and helping others to think fit, talk fit and be fit came from my own mental and physical transformation. It saved my life. 

As a Certified Health Coach, I help you carry out the health plan devised by your medical provider, personal trainer, nutritionist, or dietician.

My goal is to empower you to make sustainable changes and achieve wellness in a way that  works for you and your lifestyle needs. I will serve as your trusted guide and supportive ally, especially when it may feel overwhelming to make lifestyle changes due to work, family responsibilities, commitments, and other challenges.

  • Health coaches work to empower and support clients as they work towards achieving their health and wellness goals.

  • Health coaches are not personal trainers, dietitians or therapists

  • Research has shown it takes at least 3 months to make lasting changes.

  • Most insurance plans do not cover health coaching. Some plans may make provisions. Check with your carrier.

  • It’s not within our scope of work as a health coach to diagnose specific medical conditions. It is an individual's personal responsibility to consult directly with their healthcare provider before health coaching.
